Mtn Taking my money

I send mtn a email to say i am closing my account on a specific date and at the end of the month my account was supposed to be switched to prepaid and at the end of this month they took my money. I had allot of problems with mtn taking my money and some times my bill would be almost R2000 a month for stuff they changed and i never got my money. Mtn is good but your data disapears without you using it and they are sneaky when it comes to money. Try getting your money back, never gonna happen with mtn
