MTN TAKING MORE THAN WHAT I AGREED TO

I renewed this number at MTN in Musgrave Centre in Dec 2014, this was a line under Nashua Mobile that was moved over to MTN.

? At the time if renewal I dealt with a Preven who renewed the contract, if I remember his name correctly.
? I asked what fees would be applicable and he said R289(new contract amount) + an upgrade fee of R105
? End January 2015, I was debited R622.99 instead of R394
? End Feburary 2015, I was debited R518.00 instead of R289
? End March I am debited R439.00 instead of R289
? I queried this via 808 and was told it's a hardware subsidy that I would need to complete paying as this contract was with Nashua Mobile which I was unaware of that I had to pay. I mentioned that I was not informed of this, I was advised to take this up with MTN shop in Musgrave which I have just done, which I have just done and the lady at the store says she will have to contact the contact centre to find out.
? As the salesman failed to declare these amounts that would be due by myself if I renewed the contract, why should I be held responsible if he was not trained properly or selfishly trying to close the deal to earn his commission.
