MTN taking money without product
Hi. I upgraded my contract on 21/02/2020 via telephone. The money is deducted as per our contract. My problem is that even today 17/06/20 i have not received my phone. I have been calling all over and complaining to no avail. If i call MTN they transfer me all over until the line goes dead. I cannot even get someone to cancell the deal. Do i have to stop paying to get their attention?

09 Jul 2020, 21:23MTN doesnt even have the decency to reply to ANY of my complaints. I will cancel all my other contracts and reverse all payments made.
