MTN - taking money without authrosiation

MTN has a double opt in agreement with regards to subscriptions, it is ******* to send SMS's where you have to opt out, the only option is opt in.

R180 was taken off in 24 hours, I have called MTN and they are not interest in helping, as the service provider they refuse to take any responsibility.

We did not agree to any subscriptions and MTN is unable to prove that we have opted in at any time.

MTN cannot "wash their hands"considering that they have no proof whatsoever.

MTN needs to refund this money
