MTN taking money with out giving the airtime.

Ot had now been a month since I made two in app purchases. The money taken from my account and no airtime given. I have emailed and requested a refund or for my MTN account to be credited with that had been taken from my account.

I received one sms that by the 12th of this month it would all be sorted out. To Date and after further emails to MTN still not sorted out not even a call from MTN. This is rediculous.
