MTN taking money for no reason

Good day

This is my third thread on MTN now and still I have only ever received one response from someone at Hello Peter ... Can someone please call and help me with an issue at MTN

I ordered a contract from a company selling contracts for MTN , upon receiving the handset - it was faulty!!!

I never activated any similar cards or used the contract and within a week I returned the handset to MTN in Eastgate (the physical branch) I have them everything - the SIM card the phone everything and they assured me it was cancelled !!!

Each month MTN has been trying to debit from my account upon which I have contacted numerous people , went back into the branch and I have a long list of emails to prove my liaison with MTN ... Which I am willing to send to MTN

The sad thing is there is NEVER any managers around , the telecommunication consultants are incredibly unhelpful and all MTN wants to do is take my money ??? For what? I have no handset , no SIM card nothing more to do with MTN whatsoever ???

Could somebody in management from MTN please phone me I am BEGGING you - I really want to resolve this issue ???
