MTN taking money but dont deliver data.

My son have bought R300 worth of Data. The amount went off from his bank but the data was not loaded onto his Phone. The account is in my name so i contacted them on the 5th August 2020 and reported the matter. I was given a reference number SMC*** and told that the matter would be forwarded to their IT deparment and will be resolved within 3 working days. I have phone them on the 12 August 2020 to ask what is going on. The person said she dont know and that i must contact my sons bank because the problem must be there. The bank already confirmed that the amount went off to the MTN account. I stated that to her but she did not have an answer for me. This is unaccepted.
