Mtn taking customers for a ride.

I'm rating mtn 1 star because I bought my Samsung Z fold 3 5G on 24 month contract for R2469 plus R387 insurance on the 27th November 2021. I was assisted by Daniela from MTN Clearwater Mall store who didn't know anything about the job and the product. The phone didn't work for 4 days and still failed to assist me over the phone until I came to the store after 4 days and was assisted by Gladness who knew her job from A-Z. Compliments to her. My Nedbank Account got debited R6000 instead of R2886 for the first one month. I logged a call with them customer service, they also realized that I was billed twice and promised to sort out the matter. It's been 9 days now after I've logged a call. My reference number is ***. Until today nothing has been done and I need that money for my kids school fees. I'm thinking of canceling this contract if this matter is not resolved urgently.
