MTN taking advantage of pensioners and the elderly! BEWARE!!!!

Absolutely diabolical! My dad has been trying to cancel his MTN data account since August 2020 and to date they still demand money every single month for a service my dad did not agree to and does not receive! On numerous occasions I've contacted them and they said that they will pay back the money to my dad but to date all they do is take money!!!! I am absolutely at my last tether with MTN! They take advantage of pensioners and elderly and just don't care and won't help you. I've asked for phone call recordings of when my dad supposedly agreed to extending this contract but they say that they are not allowed to share it with the customer - they know my dad did not agree to this ad they automatically just renewed the contract but now want to cover it up! Mobiles Plus - the company responsible for the recordings - agreed that it is not a male on the recordings but said that the dispute is between my dad and MTN. Absolutely ridiculous!
