MTN takes your money and gives no service.

I pay on time every time for my cellphone contract with MTN, and yet I can go 2 weeks without internet connection while they "investigate". No real feedback is given every time I call. For the 3rd time mtn is doing this.

If i miss a single payment i will get a dozen calls about it and my service will be disconnected. I have tried canceling the contract because mtn is in breach and not giving the service that i pay for, they don't refund you for the days they left you without service either. I was told I have to pay penalties for wanting to end a contract that MTN is breaching.
