mtn takes too long to sort out black friday contract

Hi, I took out a black friday deal. For some reason there was a debicheck issue. I kept phoning and eventually the debicheck went through. Then there was a another issue with authorization. So it was escalated. This week phoned mtn everyday but to no satisfaction. From the 28th of November 2024 to date , the contract hasn't been finalised.
