MTN TAKES MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM!!!

I downgraded my account. I was overcharged. Mtn midlands mall could not help me for 3 months. They advised that my CONTRACT HAD IT ISSUES. Apparently had to be escalated to MTN OVERSEAS. Shane and Martin at thd store advised that my billing for old snd new that was being charged will ne credited once IT PROBLEM was sorted. When it got to the crediting me with the overcharging, Martin from the store went to the extent of blocking me from whatsapp. I then posted on Facebook. A social media consultant by the name of Paul called me and went through all my billing. In addition to a R211 credit i was supposed to be credited with R1080 for overcharging since July. He escalated the query and asked me to wait 7 days. After 7 days i sent him another Fb private message which he responded tk anc said he will re escalate. Now its 3 weeks and be deliberately ignores my facebook private messages. I have called 135 asking for help and no one is able to help me. Shane store manager in pmb advised i should carry on dealing with social media. Seems like being a customer for than 10years with 3 contracts they dont care! Ignore you block you and and treat you like they doing you a favor!!! Mtn people like Martin and Paul are letting your company down. I have been patient since August. I just wanted communication and my account credited with the overcharge correctly. R114 AND R211 is incorrect. I actually cant wait for my upgrades to give notice and move to a company that actually cares about TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY AND RESPECTFULLY.
