MTN takes money out my account and has terrible support

Terrible service, I cancelled 5 contract on the day the contracts expired but that was obviously too late as MTN still ended up taking R3300 out of my bank account for some pro rata which doesn't even make sense as I was still in contract. I have left multiple support request and all MTN does sending me messages saying the issue has been resolved. The don't speak to me, the issue is not resolved they don't check with me if it is resolved yet they close the ticket. Pathetic policies and procedures and not at all client focused. MTN I want me money back and I want this resolved
