mtn takes money off account 2 months after cancelation
<p>mtn ahs taken money off my account 2 months after cancelation of account even though accoount is payed up , dont recieve a statement, if you look at the dates 20 october recived a statement with last account on it payed it on 31 oct novemeber 31 another paymetn gets taken and they keep saying i received money on an account that was cancelled and any money on cancelled account gets taken away as soon as you cancel the contract </p> <p>i would say never work with mtn again **** buisness practices</p>
First of all on my statement that i recieved on the 20th states that i owe 980 and end of the month they took that i did not recieve a statement after that and i called repeatedly to stop the account and ive been informened that it only hapend end of the month and i asked when the last account is and they informed me october is the last payment you cant refer to an invoice that i never recieved

And i recieved emails informing me that my contract ends october and afterwards the subscription is 630

I was at the store today according to them a contract can only end once the moneys are payed up
And i recieved emails informing me that my contract ends october and afterwards the subscription is 630
