MTN takes money but doesnt activate

I am fed up !!!

On Saturday, I paid for a subscription for my daughter’s prepaid phone number, for Disney Plus = 500MB. The subscription is ACTIVE on the play site, yet on Disney isn’t not activated.

I spent HOURS reaching out to both MTN and Disney only to be told by Disney that MTN is the third party that needs to activate it. MTN promised me abut 6 call backs, none of which happened.

You have taken my money, and fail to help me. I called in about 10 times to each side – same back and forwards blame game yet I am not further.

Who do I speak to?

I also want to lay a complaint against the store that refused to assist me at Tableview mall in Tableview.
