MTN takes large amounts of newly recharged airtime balance.

The ISP keeps taking large amounts of my airtime everytime I recharge. It should be noted that I owe R0.00 MTN Xtra Time. I am seriously unhappy because now I cannot get access to online services my tertiary education institution has made provision for. It has become expensive to get all the content that was uploaded.
