Mtn takes extremely long to do credit chech
<p>I have app**** for 2 additional Sims on my contract. I have been with MTN longer than 10 years with a clean credit record and my application is still pending after 6 days. Vodacom I don't even have to wait. </p>

Tried to contact 808, Operator gave me the wrong number (Nahua mobile), after I got the correct number ********** 000 and phone MTN head office the phone was hung up after I got to the end of the queue - this hapenned 3 times. This is now the 6th day with nothing from MTN. The store said this is normal and they have escalated this.
Seriously Telkom lost their 1st place for worst service. At least Telkom tries to help you. MTN doesnt even bother.
