Mtn takes clients for granted

Whatever you do people please do not take Mtn contracts. With mine, they made a mistake of charging me extra than what I receive. Since feedback they are able to refund. In fact one consultant even confirmed to me they normally don't want to refund money, instead use it to settle your debits. You can contacts the managers, finance department and their complaint email is a waste. I have more than 20 reference numbers, yet my issue is not resolved. Please pay attention to these redflags.
