MTN takes away airtime

I mostly enjoy the MTN service,but however this time I was let down by the service provider

My airtime vanished in the thin air today just I was preparing to join virtual meeting.One wonders why MTN took away the airtime surreptitiously andbfor what reason

I want it back,the service provider should reimburse it
