MTN TAKES AIRTIME PAYMENT BUT DOES NOT DELIVER

My brother uploaded R159 airtime to my phone using the MTN app but this has not been received by me. Attempts to find out what has happened to this have resulted in a blank wall response from MTN. This is not the first time this has hap;pened and loaded airtime has been paid for and not received. Is this how MTN generates its large profits by accepting money and not supplying the product.
