Mtn takes airtime

I loaded R180 airtime, knowing I owed R51 extra time.on loading airtime,I immediately tried to load a R99 2gig 1week bundle.insufficient funds.I purchased and loaded another R60,and got told again no funds.2 calls to help centre didn't help, reference numbers received, and got told internet connection took my money.I made a 30 second call, and sent 2 whattsap text messages, and the call center tells me that's an internet connection.my math doesn't agree.that's over R240 thrown away, because MTN wouldn't allow me to load a data bundle. Just unacceptable.I had to purchase R90 airtime AGAIN TO LOAD DATA......HOW IS THIS JUSTIFIABLE????at this time of the month its a very bitter pill to swallow.load R330 just to load a R99 data bundle.and get told to wait 72 hours while not being able to follow live scores,or Facebook because its out of bundle.

It reflects data for out of bundle rates AFTER I HAD LOADED R180,THEN AGAIN R60 and still wouldn't let me purchase a data bundle.I had to purchase an additional R90 before the system would allow me to make a purchase.it seems that Saturday was a problem for mtn because 2 separate consultants had problems getting in to the system.check your own recorded conversations. 1- load R180.no apps running, owed R51.60 for extra time. 2-attempt to load data,go through menu up till last step, get invalid code or ussd number message. 3 check balance,no data, but airtime gone.assume it will show data balance shortly. 4-make 30 second fone call. 5-try go online for motorcycle settings I'm working on.assuming I have data... 6- hand fone to wife to contact your call center while I try look at a mechanical breakdown 7-attempt to load data again.insufficient airtime. Fone call center myself do as instructed, check settings, find 2 of 3 apps were force stopped.limited to WiFi.but shows a total of 50 odd meg used. 8- told I'm paying out of bundle for data I've tried loading 3 times.system won't connect. Guys, its not acceptable.I'm not asking for freebies.I just want what I requested in data.I can't justify throwing money away like that.and your consultants tell me its my fault......I've been an mtn customer for over 20 years.and this is how you repay loyalty
