MTN takes advantage of customers for financial gain

I had a contract with MTN and it ended 3 months ago, I cancelled the contact to ensure that they do not debit my account, I have sent a few emails to MTN however they take 3 weeks to respond to an email sent to them to cancel the contract and are still debiting my account. This is terrible service from the service provider
