Mtn takeing my money

I hate mnt, I would never recommend mnt to any person on this planet, I have been trying to get a contact off my name now for 7 months, and the worst part I wasnt the person that opened this contract, this Contract was put on my name with out my consent but now they will not Evan help me get it off my name, the worst of this matter is I have to pay for this every month so I don't get blacklisted for something that I didn't approve, I don't Evan know what this contract is for or what phone it is for? I phone mtn on a dayly and I can assure you that I have over 20 reference numbers, I get put on all different calls and get told that they will phone me back, and here I am still waiting even tho I phone still every day for 7 month and no one gets back to me? I have a few names that asked for my contact Mfundo Mthethwa, Palesa Emihle Nkosi and have SOOOOO much more names I could say, i have Evan got told to get a affidavit and more paper work but still no one get back to me, and I need this sorted out because I was Evan peeped to go to head office but they told me they all working from home every single person at head office, this problem is becoming more and more difficult to get sorted, I cry every day and have no money for this mtn story!
