MTN take your money Don't pay by debit order

Incorrect debit order and no refund after 11 months DON'T PAY WITH DEBIT ORDER!!! It has now been 10 months about 20 calls, Social media queries, too many emails later and I am being sent around in circles for my almost R1000 refund owed to me after an incorrect debit order.

I honestly think this is starting to become ********. All I am ever told is that its is being escalated or the query is with the wrong department. No one wants to take responsibility and just help me sort it out.
