MTN Table View Mall has the worst service

I went to MTN- Table Bay Mall, to transfer a contract from my mothers name to my name. Myself and my mom handed in all our documents as needed and were told that the vetting process will take between 24-48 hours. To this day, more than a week later, I have received no response. I tried calling the store, but their line is ALWAYS busy as if they just took the phone off the hook and left it there. I then called the contact center, only to be told that nothing has been submitted with regards to the transfer. How do I get through to this store??? There isn't even an alternative number for them. I have seen countless other bad reviews of this store. Does MTN not care about the bad image that this store is giving them?
