MTN TABLE VIEW MALL & DISHONEST STAFF

I have done an application on the 12 of February & was told by the lady that assisted me that I would know the next day by 10 0' clock if my application was successful which did not happen. I called the shop & spoke to Thando at 2, who said to me that he was busy with a client & took my number & said that he will call me back once he was done with the customer which he did not do. I went back to the store about 4:30 on Friday to find out what was going on & when I asked Thando why did he not return my call he said to me that the client that just left which he was busy with when I got to the shop was the same client that he has been helping from the time I called at 2. What does he think I am an idiot. I then spoke to another guy that was there and he checked on the system & said the documents submitted was done incorrectly & then re-submitted the same documents & said to me I will know the next day which was Saturday by 10. Did not hear from them so went back at 3:45 & was told by the lady there that the head office is closed on weekends & I will know by Monday at 10. I called the shop around 12 & Thando told me the same story about the documents & that he has to resend them.
