MTN Table Bay wins

I've registered an account on Hello Peter just for this review. I was adamant on not getting a contract and staying prepaid due to the terrible customer service reviews that all SA service providers have accumulated. Due to people needing credit records to function though, I decided to go for a contract to add to my record. After much back and forth, I ended up at MTN's door and I'm happy to say that I had the absolute best experience with MTN in Table Bay mall. I was assisted by Scot who pulled out all the stops, somehow worked around an extended waiting period and got me my phone the day after I walked in there, contract set up and the phone I wanted which I was originally told I can't get. Not only was this the best service I've ever received from a service provider but Scot has a great sense of humor and handles his customers with respect and as if I was his sole customer.
