MTN system useless

Been a customer for more than 30 years According to their own system I can upgrade today, but when the staff logs in the system still says i have to do a co payment as its not liable it MTN does not work on a weekend so now I have to wait until Monday How is it possible that their own system give a date but does not recognise it and need human intervention !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
