MTN system not client friendly.

My wife had an account for 20 years with MTN and payments were made, by debit order, from my bank account. I now have changed my bank and am in the process of moving all debits to the new bank account. MTN would not allow my wife to use the new bank account as it is not in her name. We now have to move the MTN contract to my name which is also problematic as you have to go through the whole credit verification process.
