MTN System and Feedback

On 6 March 2022 visited MTN in Mossel Bay Langeberg Mall for contract application. Valesco attended and was very helpful and friendly and patient. Application was declined due to credit check. He could not provide reason specifically and suggested that I check my credit report. On 8 March 2022 I email Valesco with screenshots of My Credit Check (score 687) and Credit score (score 651) with request why application was declined. On 10 March 2022 I emailed him again as no feedback received. On 11 March 2022 I sent whatsapp referring to emails as well as 14 March. On 15 March received reply on whatsapp that he did receive email and will attend. On 17 March he rep**** informing that application again submitted. Email was sent with bank statements and payslips. 18 March reply that still in processing. 19 March received email that credit check has been conditionally approved. Valesco informed that limit of R350 was approved and again re-submitted application. Then R300 limit approved on 20 March that override the R350 limit. 21 March whatsapp sent to Valesco informing that I made enquiry to what cancellation fee will be with Cell C as contract @ R648. No reply on this - only that order dropped and new one captured. Today, 25 March I requested feedback. Was informed that he is weekend off but will ask colleague to attend. I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH VALESCO, but with the MTN system and would still like to know the reason re credit check and if Cell C paid up and cancelled.
