MTN synonymous with *****

Soo MTN opened a contract to the value of R20,000.00 in my name except I didn't request a contract from MTN. My ID number was use but there we no other FICA documents submitted - not even a copy of my ID. The date of birth used doesn't even match my ID number!! I was informed that the contract was taken out telephonically- can they give me the recording? No. Can they give me any proof that they spoke to me? No. Now I'm the one staring down the barrel of being blacklisted because I have blocked and stopped these debit orders. Do you think ANYONE in MTN can get to the bottom of this? No. And why have MTN made so damn difficult to report *****? Because thats how they make their success so their CEO can take home R84 million - off the backs of hard working South Africans that they will make sure to find a way NOT to HELP!! I cannot stand MTN. Ombudsman here I come!
