MTN Swim swap not activated after 48 hours.

My phone was ******. I did a sim swap 48 hours ago and it's still not active. What the hell? The service delivery is poor, to say the least. OMG!! People have their lives on their phones. Getting your old number back should not be such a hassle. Absolutely pathetic.
