Mtn swim swap *****

Dear mtn On Saturday night around past 20h00 I got a whatsapp code verification which I didn't respond to and then seconds a Gmail verification which I declined. But then minutes later my network changed from mtn to telkom. I tried to call but couldn't as my fone was now blocked. So Sunday morning around 07h00 I got a call from another number of mine who was a friend and told me that I was hacked as the person is asking for money.

This person used my whatsapp contacts and asked for money in my name from friends, family and friends. From my work contacts alone the person got over R11k sent to them using different cellphone numbers. And still asked for more.

The minute I noticed I was hacked on Sunday, u called mtn and was informed that a Sim swap was done the night before, but I was asked to come to the office with documents. In the meantime the perpetrator continued to ask for money from my family and friends.

What I want from mtn is a record of times this happened as this affected my work as people I work with are implicated. I want a record and history on what happened to my number
