MTN swim is a nightmare

It is now a story to do simply swap with MTN. They ask you questions like what was your last amount of airtime did you use, your plan, and 3 numbers you called. If you missed that you loose your number. I used MTN network from 1999 from 083 numbers but now I feel like porting to other network. Is my second number that I will loose because I can't get right all the answers. They have my ID number , my address but they don't use that to help. I gave them the date and time of my recharge and 3 cellphone numbers still I didn't pass according to their system. You ask yourself if is pensioner who want sim swap how long he or she will get help!
