MTN Sweeps Billing Issue Under the Carpet

I have for three months been trying to sort out a billing issue whereby MTN has been charging me incorrect out of bundle data rates. <br> <br> When at first I reported the issue, Mthokozisi Mcina, the credit controller, did an oversimplified and incorrect calculation, which was off by hundreds of Rands anyway, and sent me a terse SMS saying there's no problem, even though the bill was off by over R1000 and did not include my 4GB per month data allotment. <br> <br> When I complained about his incorrect calculation he again did the same incorrect calculation. <br> <br> I complained again. He promised me he'd re-look at the issue. I even emailed him detailed spreadsheets pointing out his errors. <br> <br> He, and fellow credit controller Cathy Botha, have been ignoring me ever since. <br> <br> It's now been nearly 3 months and MTN is ignoring my now nearly daily emails. I feel powerless to do anything. The errors these people have been making are laughably simple and should have been sorted out many weeks ago. <br> <br> MTN, it's time you guys step up and take ownership of this problem. Stop trying to sweep something this simple under the carpet. This is my 3rd Hello Peter complaint about this, it's time you act. <br> <br> Unhappy customer
