MTN Swapped Contract and phone numbers around.

I've been with MTN Business for many years and always been a happy costumer. Unfortunately I'm a frustrated costumer now. I signed a Black Friday deal with MTN business for 24 months in Nov2024. The deal was for 2 phone numbers, one had a large package and the other one a small package. MTN assigned the wrong package to the wrong number. Causing the one that needs the large package to run out every month. For the last few months I have tried to sort this out. As in my mind its easy, please assign the right package to the right phone number. Unfortunately MTN Business keeps on sending me to an agent and the agent tells me she can't do this. This issue doesn't seem to get resolved.
