MTN suspicious dealings and NO HELP

I went to MTN Ballito Junction to ENQUIRE how I would change my esim from my old phone to my new phone and the agent behind the counter immediately processed a sim swap…***. I never asked for that. It was cancelled in the franchise shop and then they insisted that because it’s a franchise shop they could not help generate a QR code for my new phone. I think I managed to save my sim from being used in some suspicious or *****ulent dealings, let this be a lesson to everyone, be aware of people and “franchise” stored like this
