MTN suspension for no reason

Moved to Mtn exactly a year ago and suddenly when i try making calls i get the voice prompt telling me my service has been suspended. Logged into my banking to verify the monthly debit order did indeed go off on1 december. Try calling 135 to speak to a service champion but after 4 attempts and 40min of waiting the calls just disconnect without any champions ever assisting me.

I wish i never moved to MTN , they are the most useless operator in the country.
