Mtn suspends service
My wife's number and mine have both been suspended and I have tried phoning 808 numerous times and no one answers . I see many people have this same problem and this is disgraceful<br> My wife is heavily pregnant and I she can't even phone me if an emergency arises. And I can't use my phone for business purposes thus just causing an inconvenience . Went into diamond pavilions mtn shop in Kimberley and they lift the suspended service and then after a day both lines are suspended again and they keep saying phone 808 but no one answers and you have to listen to mtns music. I have better things to do and I have emailed and they responded that the issue will be resolved in 5 working days. This is unexceptable and my debit orders are going off with no service and costing me money and time riding to mtn and trying to resolve this problem. Very disappointed and a very very unhappy customer sort it out now!!!!!

Please note that when checking on your account I do pick up that your credit limit was suspending your lines, this has since been increased on the 11th of May 2015. Do remember that credit limit is based on the unbilled invoice amounts.
