MTN suspends my number after I pay with proof as an attachment

I have being trying through numerous channels from email to phoning the 808 number to get my number reactivated. I paid my outstanding account through eft not as a debit order which was done previously. I did mail numerous people with proof of payment but still my phone was put on I have tried calling and mailing over 10 time still no help. no one lets me what is wrong I have been stranded because after being a client with MTN for over ten years its ok]at just to suspend my number for paying eft instead of debit order . I need someone to assist me getting this resolved cant uyndestand why I deserve this treatment after being a customer for so long.. I STILL DONT HABE A WORKING PHONE:(
