MTN Suspends my account by mistake

This is a **** service honestly, I went through a full day of no internet connection on my router, when I finally get a response the following day. I’m told my service has been suspended for non-payment, after providing the agent with bank statement information to prove that I paid he gives me this number *** to talk to them because they debit me through a link on the payment gateway and I don’t have a reference number. I call this ***, I choose the zero option to speak to a MTN champion and it says it’s the incorrect option. So with this one issue I can tell that there contact number doesn’t work, their WhatsApp number is useless, their twitter agents can’t help and their MTN app also doesn’t work… Still waiting for help for a service I paid for but my account is suspended because they don’t have their things in order
