MTN suspends line after they made a mistake, cannot phone police as it is suspended, won't fix it after almost 24 hours.

To be honest, I do not know where to start.

In January 2020 I took out a cellphone contract from MTN. From the very get go I signed for my DEBIT ORDER to go through on the 1st of every month as my salary only gets paid in on the last day. Makes sense right? Not so much for MTN.

Every month my debit order went off, as signed for on the 1st IN THE CONTRACT! Then, amazingly, I get an SMS that says my payment has been changed to cash. I think it must be a mistake right, how could it change since I was NOWEHERE near a store, NEVER made a call to authorize such, OR TO MAGICALLY "WE DO NOT KNOW HOW IT CHANGED YOUR PAYMENT FROM DEBIT ORDER TO CASH AFTER 10 MONTHS, or, listen to this, IT MAGICALLY CHANGED THE PAYMENT DATE TO THE 31ST!!!!!! So you sign a contract, legally binding, then MTN goes and BREAKS CONTRACT.

Here is the BEST part ladies and gentlemen who might CONSIDER going to MTN, for Business or Private. With NO warning, SMS, PHONE CALL, or EMAIL, they have all these on file btw, they suspended my line and now say I never paid and am 30 days behind since October. I have my bank statement where MTN put the debit order through on the 1st of October 2020 with the reference number, they say otherwise.

Due to the nature of my job I cannot get to a store soon, my line after phoning and getting a reference number is still suspended, but so suspended I couldn't even call 10111, the POLICE, to test, as it says I cannot call them because my line is suspended. Consider that when you go to MTN ladies and gentlemen.

I also got a mysterious sms as we live in fantasy land where things happen on their own at MTN, that my order has been successful. I did not place an order, and now they do not know what it is or why I got the sms with a REFERENCE number for that order. I was told 2 to 24 hours, after they wrongfully without warning suspended my line it would be active again. Your 24 hours will be done at 1;17PM, the time I called you and you gave me that information. If my line is not activated, and yes I have checked you still did not put the debit order through, I will reverse all debit orders and get a pay as you go. You broke contract, not me.
