MTN Suspended my service

MTN suspended my service without any prior notice, communication. No sms's received or contact was made regarding any issues with my account and if not resolved they will suspend my service. My service was just suspended this is the 2nd time in less than a month and no one can provide me with any answers as to why?!! Since the cell number which is the primary cell number (which I reported ****** and requested to be blocked 2 years ago) is now ported to someone else, so they cannot acces smy account details, they have to refer this to the Call centres?!!! WHICH IS ON STRIKE!!! I have been unable to make any calls since Sat it is already Thursday, and the store only tells me that they referred it and I must be patient there is nothing more they can do?!!! MTN is a service provider!! And currently they aren't providing ANY services to me without ANY valid reason, my line suspended and no one available to assist me to get this issue resolved I have been an MTN customer for over 10 years and this is how they treat their customers?!
