MTN Suspended My Account Wthiout Reason.

My line is suspended. I cannot make calls and my account is up to date.

I called MTN four times today and I am not able to get help. Their call center agents are very rude. I spoke to Bongeka Mmiso who was extremely rude.

Please, I need to know why MTN is blocking my account when it is not behind.
