Mtn suspended line still not working after beeing in credit

Its been more than 3 days after my account is been paid up to date and im even in credit but my line is still suspended and every time I phone customer service they just tell me that my line are open but on my side its still suspended when maiking a call. How long I still have to wait for mtn to fix this problem and what im getting in return for waisting money on a service not working, im also due for 2 contract numbers for upgrade but does mtn really think im going to uograde if this problem is taking long to solve, there is no way.
