MTN Suspended Account and bad service

Absolutely terrible service lately. Firstly they lie over the phone that you will get the full package when upgrading. I thought these calls are recorded. Then after 10years of monthly debit orders, there is an issue on the billing with no one contacting you to explain anything. Just an additional invoice that is double your normal amount When trying to make a payment via the app, you can't because all your services have been suspended.
