MTN suspended account
Their customer service is pathetic. I tried calling in multiple times today and their voice menu refuses to continue after entering my number multiple times, I left the AVM to play and the call got cut after 3 attempts, their whatsapp line only gives 2 options for FAQs and buy for a number! Most ridiculous service I ever received, and this is all for them not keeping to my debicheck mandate and then suspending all my accounts due to them not triggering the mandate! Fix this ASAP

09 Oct 2025, 08:02Update: I got through using their report ***** number, seems like it was the only option that works... any way I am now liable to pay for their mistakes and they are trying to blame it on me unknowing I have prior Debicheck and mandate knowledge :)
