MTN - Suspended account

My line has been suspended even though I have been making regular payments. I have sent several emails to the email address as advised by die MTN consultant attaching the proof of payments. I keep on receiving the same response stating that there is an outstanding balance of R1969.63. I rep**** asking for a statement as I have not received a statement in months, just to receive the same response again. I have been trying to resolve this since 3 June which is very frustrating.
