MTN supports their sim cards being used in ****** devices
We tried to contact the MTN call centre to blacklist a device which was ******. Because we don't have an MTN number (the device was from another network, but whoever stole it was using an MTN sim card) it is impossible to get through their IVR to a human being!
I eventually tried the corporate office and got an email address to send the request to. Emailed on 26 October and followed up twice, and still not blacklisted and not even a response from MTN. Clearly, they support theft/*****, as they are happy to allow people to use their sim cards in ****** devices.
