MTN supports *****sters and neglect the pensioners!

MTN gives no support to sort out *****ulent transactions on your account - we have been to them more than once, reporting that a *****ster opened another Vodacom line on our account - we reported this to the ***** team, we submitted the affidavit, we called asked that they immediately block the phone/number - it just doesn't happen!! No we need to go to the bank and stop the debit order monthly as they keep on pushing it through - they have no respect for the elderly people as this is on mu dad's account who is 76 years old! Please don't engage with MTN as their processes are lagging and *****sters can hack your accounts!! Stay away!
